Or pay for my expenses to come visit you. I also have a black belt in red dragon karate. I was varsity on a CIF Championship wrestling team in high school. I was also on the golf team for one year. I taugh kids soccer as the assistant AYSO soccer coach on my little brother's team when he was a kid. I have played in adult leagues for indoor soccer and basketball and softball. I also have practiced yoga since 1996. And I have changed my own body. I was 115 when I graduated high school. After college I went up to 145 and 10% body fat. Then I stopped exercising and gained 20 pounds of fat when I was 29. Now I am 34 and back down to 143 and pretty lean again. So I have lost weight and gained muscle. I have also helped my clients gain up to 8 pounds of muscle after 8 sessions. I am very good at helping clients build lean mass with my workouts. Because I push them very hard.</p>
