Computer-assisted instruction, which interact with a computer that keeps the course content.

Training Requirements

The training is as important as the selection, the two activities complement each other, if not done one, the other will not succeed, and that selecting an employee must prove that the individual hired has sufficient intelligence and skills and the right attitude to carry a charge, the company once hired a person is required to train him in skills and knowledge essential to fulfill their job.
Some of the factors that can complicate the training requirements are to create a training program without feeling the need to inculcate certain knowledge or skills that meet the needs of the company that usually have little chance of success. Also the lack of communication by senior officers or lack of training for the same causing confusion in the workplace and creating a mess due to lack of information.
