Training Requirements
The training is as important as the selection, the two activities complement each other, if not done one, the other will not succeed, and that selecting an employee must prove that the individual hired has sufficient intelligence and skills and the right attitude to carry a charge, the company once hired a person is required to train him in skills and knowledge essential to fulfill their job.
