Caring for the every day needs of the dependent and long term residents in any home. Helping them to have a normal day as they would in their own home, trying to make them comfortable and happy. Keeping smiles on those broken hearts who feel like they have come to a dead end and have nowhere to turn. Talking with those who are in need of emotional support but first and foremost listening to them because it is more important that they feel heard instead of advised. Just being in the lives of those who need someone in their lives to help them go on with day to day life as normal as possible, and making sure that their health stays very clearly noted to nurses and staff that take control when needed.
