•Provide key leadership and analytical support to create effective sales programs and key action plans for product brands/lines while managing three managers.
•Coordinate, develop and ensure execution of all sales strategies by the WHV sales team and manage the information transfer within Marketing, Field Sales, Operations, Sales Administration and WHV’s Distribution Partners.
•Work closely with Senior Management to provide feedback, leadership, and direction that helps support WHV financial targets by proposing, planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve dominant title share, exposure and productivity for product brand/title.
•Review sales goals provided by sales planning, review progress against key initiatives and sales priorities, and recommend opportunities while working closely with marketing’s management to develop effective campaigns that facilitate meeting financial objectives.
•Work with sales planning and marketing to ensure accuracy and timeliness of sales communication and customer letters.
•Run Sales and Operations Meetings to review marketing plans, gather a consensus on product builds while reviewing promotions and ensuring that we have the proper leads as to avoid out-of-stocks and excessive inventory.
